Shipping and delivery
When do we ship?
Order on a working day before 11 pm and we'll ship your order the same day. If a product is still on its way to our warehouse (backorder), the expected shipping date is shown on the product page and in your shopping cart.
Delivery area and delivery time
- Netherlands: usually 1 to 2 working days after dispatch
- Belgium: usually 1 to 2 working days after dispatch
- Germany: usually 2 to 3 working days after dispatch
- France: usually 3 to 5 working days after dispatch
Delivery times are indicative and apply to working days (so not at weekends or on public holidays).
Shipping costs
- Free shipping from €26.95 to all these countries
- Below that: Netherlands €4.95, Belgium €6.95, Germany €6.95, France €7.95
You always see the shipping costs before you complete your order.
Track & Trace
As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll receive an email with a Track & Trace code so you can follow your order.
Not at home or parcel lost?
Contact us at support@craftiverse.nl with your order number and we'll sort it out together with the carrier.
