Returns

Not completely satisfied? No worries. At Craftiverse you have a 30-day cooling-off period, longer than the statutory 14 days.

Cooling-off period

You may withdraw from your order within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason. The cooling-off period starts on the day after you received the product. Notify us of your withdrawal within those 30 days; after that, you have another 14 days to send the product back.

How to return

  1. Notify us of your withdrawal via craftiverse.nl/en/herroepen, or email support@craftiverse.nl with your order number and what you want to return. You don't need an account for this.
  2. You'll receive a confirmation with the return instructions and the returns address.
  3. Pack the product well, preferably in its original packaging, and send it back within 14 days of your notification.
  4. As soon as we have received and checked your return, we'll refund you.

Conditions

During the cooling-off period, handle the product and packaging with care. You may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a shop. Using consumables (such as paint, glitter or clay) goes beyond inspecting. You can still withdraw, but we may deduct the loss of value from your refund; for materials that have been used up, this can amount to their full value. The same applies if the product has been damaged through careless use.

Return costs

The cost of sending the product back is at your own expense, unless we agree otherwise in advance or the product was defective. Did your order arrive defective, damaged or incomplete? Then we'll resolve it free of charge, see craftiverse.nl/en/garantie.

Refund

We refund the purchase amount, including the standard shipping costs of your order, within 14 days of your notification of withdrawal, provided we have received the product back or you have shown that you have sent it back. The refund is made using the same payment method you paid with.

Prefer to use the official model withdrawal form? You can always do so: you'll find it at craftiverse.nl/en/modelformulier-herroeping. Using it is not mandatory.
